I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making it a great place to unwind after a long journey. However, there was a persistent unpleasant smell that detracted from the overall experience. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the main attractions of Gatlinburg, though some might overlook the convenience of not having to drive everywhere.

Walking into the room after a 6-hour ride felt very cool and refreshing. The room had a full bed, closet, and a full bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi.

The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy all the perks such as the hotel pool and breakfasts, but they made sure we were well taken care of.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated at the end of the road off the main strip opposite the trolley bus. It provided easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer.

While the continental breakfast provided was nice, I would recommend exploring local eateries for a more fulfilling meal experience.

The hotel offered convenient facilities, including a parking garage just outside the security entrance to our room, which was very handy.

What a wonderful stay! The rooms were super clear, with a nice office and a relaxing view of the stream behind the hotel from the balcony. It was so enjoyable to sit out and just unwind. The hotel offers great facilities, though the dining could use some improvements in terms of variety.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially after a bad experience at another hotel. They were very accommodating to my room request and had rooms finished early every day.
